How are the Menus printed?

Our Menus are printed on the HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press, known for its speed and quality. It ensures top-notch color reproduction and consistent results.

Custom Sizes or Configurations?

At present, we only offer 5 standard sizes for the Essential range and 10 standard sizes for the Premium range as listed on the website.

Will my Menus be supplied folded?

Yes, our Menus are printed, creased, and supplied folded, ready to use. You can view folding options in the gallery images.

What paper are the Menus printed onto?

We use high-quality coated papers certified by Hankuk Paper and Oji Paper for outstanding color reproduction.

Matte Paper Appearance?

Matte Paper has a subtle sheen, resembling a silk finish rather than a completely flat matte surface.

Lamination Options for Menus?

Premium Menus offer Gloss, Matte, or Soft Touch Anti-Scuff Lamination options, each providing different finishes and protection. Essential Menus are not available with lamination.

Is my Menu Waterproof? Can I clean it?

Essential Menus are not laminated and can be damaged by water or stains. Premium Menus are laminated and can resist splashes and be easily wiped clean.

How are the Menus packed for delivery?

Menus are carefully packed in heavy-duty boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Why coated and laminated Menus?

Coated paper and lamination enhance print quality, making images sharper and menus more durable.

Offset or litho printing processes?

We don't offer lithographic offset printing. Our HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press matches or exceeds offset quality.

Multiple designs setup fees?

Yes, setup costs are included for 1 design only. Multiple designs incur a small artwork charge to cover extra setup costs. Enter the total number of designs for accurate pricing.

Automatic Grommet Machine

Our latest eyelet press uses rust free eyelets. It was designed for faster production time and to reduce the risk of human error.

All our automatic grommet machines are calibrated to the thickness of the substrate, equipped with a built in laser for reliability and pinpoint accuracy.

Print Perfection Every Order

Our printers have all been calibrated and are being monitored daily. We have a colour management team & system to make certain our printers are printing accurate colours every order. The colour management system we have put in place, means we have profiled all our printers and substrates to comply with ISO 12647. We perform weekly colour checks on every printer to verify the colours we are printing can accurately and reliably meet the International colour standards. Checking colours is a thing of the past! We give our customers confidence, knowing all colours will be printed perfectly every time for every order.
