As UDFYN specialises in producing custom printed fabrics, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if the item is determined to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we are pleased to facilitate a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first.
Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. Processing times may vary before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for the return address.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund and Order Cancellation Terms
If a customer requests to cancel their order before the artwork has been approved, a processing fee of $25 will apply. This fee covers the work already carried out by our teams, including the design team's review of the file, the production team's preparation, followed by our picking team to restock the item, as well as the graphics and customer support teams.
The processing fee will be charged even if the artwork has not been approved yet. Once the artwork is approved and production begins, the order is considered final, and cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refund requests after the order has been processed or artwork approved will be subject to review, and the processing fee may apply, depending on the stage of production.
Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Refund Policy (Customised Orders)
1. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
1.1 If a customer initiates a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or any payment reversal request prior to the completion of an order, the Company will immediately suspend production of that order.
1.2 No further artwork revisions, manufacturing, processing, or dispatch will proceed while the dispute remains open.
1.3 The order will only resume once the dispute has been formally withdrawn and the full payment has been confirmed as cleared funds.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if the payment dispute is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Artwork Approval & Refund Eligibility
2.1 All customised products require artwork approval prior to production.
2.2 Once artwork has been approved by the customer, the order is deemed final and authorised for production.
2.3 Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, design preference changes, sizing selection errors, or subjective dissatisfaction after artwork approval.
2.4 Production costs are incurred immediately upon artwork approval. Accordingly, the order becomes non-refundable after approval, except where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
