Here are some common questions you might have about placing orders with UDFYN. If you need a general guide to our order process, please refer to our ordering guide. For queries related to uploading logos or images, check out our artwork guidelines.
 
Can I order blank items through UDFYN?
Yes, you can. First, add your chosen items to your basket. Then, in your shopping basket, look for the "Want blank items?" option in the mini FAQs section. Click the provided link to order your items without customization.
 
How can I order the same customization in two different positions?
It's easy. Simply select the same customization twice at the first stage of the customization process. If you need different sizes for the same customization in two different positions, you'll need to create two separate customizations.
 
Will I be charged delivery for each order if I place several orders?
No. Our system automatically removes or reduces the delivery charge on any additional orders placed before your first order is picked and packed. So, you can place multiple orders without incurring multiple delivery charges.
 
Can I customize two identical products, in the same size and color, with different designs?
Our order process is optimized to streamline the customization of multiple items simultaneously. Products are grouped by type, size, and color. If you need different designs on the same products, place separate orders. You won't be charged extra delivery fees.
 
Can I repeat a previous order?
Absolutely. Log into your account, and next to your previous order, click the "Repeat Order" link. This will add all your items to the basket with your previous customizations. Just proceed to payment to complete your order.
 
Are the setup charges one-time fees?
Yes, they are. Once you've paid the setup charge for your customization, you won't be charged it again on subsequent orders.
 
Why does the preview image during the order process differ slightly from the product page image?
We offer a vast range of clothing items, and it's impractical to photograph each one for online preview. Instead, we use a standard set of preview images for each product type. Rest assured, your product will match the design and style shown on the product page.
 
Will I receive a proof of my order before production?
For printed designs, our artwork team checks your artwork for quality. Proofs are sent for orders over $1000 (including GST) or for 50 or more applications of the same design. For embroidered designs, we'll send you a proof for logo approval before production. Please check your emails regularly after placing an order. Note: We do not send proofs for text applications; they're produced as inputted on our site.
