There's no minimum order! However the more you order the more you save
Q. What is the difference between printing & embroidery?
> Embroidery is stitching a design or logo with thread into a fabric.
> Printing is a digital process, where we print your design or logo with inks using our digital printers.
Printing is cost-effective and ideal for intricate designs, while embroidery offers durability and a premium look, although at a higher cost.
Q. Will pricing be cheaper if I order multiple items of clothing?
Yes, pricing becomes more economical when ordering multiple clothing items, provided that the design/logo, print position, and print method remain consistent, and you meet our next price break.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Our production time is 2-3 business days.
However, deliveries to metro areas take approximately 3-7 business days. If this timeline doesn't meet your requirements, please inform us via chat, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q. Can you print on my clothing?
Unfortunately, our current workflow and robotics setup does not support printing on customer-supplied clothing. However, feel free to inform us, and we can direct you to trusted smaller print shops that may be able to assist you.
Q. Can I choose what size my design will be printed?
You can choose your design size. However, we recommend our experienced printing department to choose the design size they think will best suit your order. (Don't worry we send design proofs for you to approve before we can begin production).
If you would like to choose the size of your design, add a note when checking out to let the production team know. Please make sure it is within the maximum print size per logo position.
Q. Do you send design proofs before printing?
Yes, we do. As part of our printing process, artwork approval must be approved before your order can go into production.
