There's no minimum order! However the more you order the more you save

Q. What is the difference between printing & embroidery?

> Embroidery is stitching a design or logo with thread into a fabric.
> Printing is a digital process, where we print your design or logo with inks using our digital printers.
Printing is cost-effective and ideal for intricate designs, while embroidery offers durability and a premium look, although at a higher cost.
Q. Will pricing be cheaper if I order multiple items of clothing?

Yes, pricing becomes more economical when ordering multiple clothing items, provided that the design/logo, print position, and print method remain consistent, and you meet our next price break.

Q. How long does delivery take?

Our production time is 2-3 business days.

However, deliveries to metro areas take approximately 3-7 business days. If this timeline doesn't meet your requirements, please inform us via chat, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q. Can you print on my clothing?

Unfortunately, our current workflow and robotics setup does not support printing on customer-supplied clothing. However, feel free to inform us, and we can direct you to trusted smaller print shops that may be able to assist you.

Q. Can I choose what size my design will be printed?

You can choose your design size. However, we recommend our experienced printing department to choose the design size they think will best suit your order. (Don't worry we send design proofs for you to approve before we can begin production).
If you would like to choose the size of your design, add a note when checking out to let the production team know. Please make sure it is within the maximum print size per logo position.

Q. Do you send design proofs before printing?

Yes, we do. As part of our printing process, artwork approval must be approved before your order can go into production.

Q. What size will the logo be printed or embroidered?

Here is a rough guide of our print positions on an adult sized T-Shirt.

Note; this will vary depending on product style, and size
LHS Breast: 8-11cm wide (height will be proportioned)
Front Chest: 24-30cm wide (height will be proportioned)
Standard Back: 24-30cm wide (height will be proportioned)

Q. Do I need to supply the logo/design file to size?

No, our production team uses their discretion to produce and place the designs. If you have specific measurements or positioning requirements, kindly include them in the comments section when uploading your logo.

Q. Can I see a visual mock-up of my logo / design prior to printing?

Absolutely! As part of our printing process, artwork approval must be sent and approved before your order can go into production.

Q. What is the most common print position for clothing?

Print positions do vary for different reasons. If you are unsure of what print position you would like, please check out our portfolio. We have many designs that we have printed for our customers. Generally, the most common print positions include:
> Left Hand Side (LHS) Breast
> Standard Chest
> Standard Back

Q. Do you print neck labels?

We can print neck labels.
Please let us know in the chat or give us a call to discuss further details on neck labels.
However, the minimum order for neck labels is 1,000 pieces.

Q. What file format do I need to provide?

Printing

We require a PNG File at 300 DPI.
However, if you do not have this file available, please send through what file format you do have and we can advise you if the file format is acceptable or if we would need to provide a quote to recreate the file.

Embroidery

We require a digitised file for embroidery
However, if you do not have this file available, please send through what file format you do have and we can advise you if the file format is acceptable or if we would need to provide a quote to recreate the file.

Q. I have my logo on a business card/print out, can you use that?

If you have a logo or design that is not computerised (Eg, A business card, printed tee, sign, photo etc) We can use this as a reference for quotation purposes but will not be able to print it. Our team will need to create the digital version for you or request you supply the digital file. The recreation process can vary in complexity depending on your design.

Q. Do I need to supply my artwork file to size?

You do not need to supply your atwork to size for printing on clothing.
Due to various sizes and different garment styles we will adjust your artwork file to size.

Q. What is your turnaround time for embroidery?

Our turnaround time for embroidery is 2-5 business days + delivery.

Q. How long will embroidery last?

Embroidery usually lasts the life of the garment.

Q. Why is there a set up fee for embroidery?

We do not charge a set up fee for embroidery

Q. What is your turnaround time for printed clothing?

Our turnaround time for embroidery is 1 - 3 business days + delivery

Q. How long will the printing

Printing after our testing tends to last over 50+ washes. This all depends on how the garment has been looked after

Q. What file format do you need for printing?

We require an EPS, AI, PDF or SVG File
However, if you do not have this file available, please send through what file format you do have and we can advise you if the file format is acceptable or if we would need to provide a quote to recreate the file.

Q What are your payment terms?
