Branding Information
File Format: Please send your design/logo as a vector file (like .ai or .eps) along with any branding guidelines. If the quality isn't suitable our art team may need to redraw your design.
Colour Variations: Item colours can differ between products and manufacturers. For example, a royal blue polo shirt may not match a royal blue pen.
Branding Colours: Colours can vary based on the branding method used. A royal blue print might look different from royal blue embroidery.
Layout and Scale: The layout shown in proofs is for reference only and may not be to scale.
Gaps in Design: If your design has small gaps there's a risk of them filling in during the branding process especially with screen printing and embroidery.
Positioning Variations: Since items are loaded by hand, slight positioning variations may occur, particularly with multi-colored designs.
Durability: Branding can fade over time. We recommend laser engraving for metal items to minimise wear.
Light Colors on Dark Items: Light colours may appear dull on dark products compared to digital proofs. A base print can help but it isn't possible for all items.
Embroidery Colours: We match thread colours by eye to the closest 'Madeira Classic' thread colour available.
PMS Colors: If you don't provide a PMS colour our team will select one for you based on your design.
Colour Representation: Your screen may not accurately display product colours. Digital prints may appear darker on the final product.
Embroidery Approval: We may provide swatches after digitising your logo. Changes to digitised logos may incur an additional setup charge.
QR Codes and Barcodes: We can't guarantee that QR codes or barcodes will scan correctly after branding. By approving your proof, you acknowledge this risk.

Terms & Conditions
Artwork Approval: Inspect all details in your artwork approval and invoice. Payless Promotions is not liable for errors after approval.
Production Variances: Items may slightly differ between production batches; such variances are acceptable.
Artwork Authorization: Ensure you have permission to reproduce all artwork before signing approval. You are responsible for any legal issues.
Ownership of Goods: Payless Promotions retains ownership of goods until full payment is received.
Freight Options: You can choose a freight company for delivery. If none is specified, we will select one for you.
Liability for Damage: Our liability ends once a courier picks up your products. You accept liability for any damage during transit.
Freight Insurance: Insurance is available at 2% of the order value (6% for fragile items). It doesn't cover late deliveries.
Redirection Costs: Contact your account manager for order redirection. You are responsible for any costs incurred without approval.
Delivery Dates: Requested delivery dates will only be met if confirmed in writing by your account manager.
Repairs or Refunds: We will repair, replace, or refund products that differ from your signed approval, minus any payment charges.
Size Tolerance: We allow a tolerance of -2cm/+2cm on clothing sizes, which may vary between batches.
Order Quantity Variations: A quantity variance of +/- 3% is acceptable for custom products.
Fault Notification: Report any faults within 14 days of delivery. Claims for faults discovered later will be accepted up to 30 days post-delivery.
Used Goods: Contact us immediately for damaged or faulty goods before distribution. No refunds for used items with known faults.
Cancellation Fee: A $140 fee applies to orders cancelled after the artwork proof is completed. Cancellations are not accepted once production starts.
Debt Collection: If an account is overdue and referred for collection, you will be responsible for associated fees.
Payment Surcharges: Card payment surcharges may apply and can change without notice.
